📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.,Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer service.,Report regularly to the Regional Manager on sales performance and operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.,Familiarity with the retail or distribution industry is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
