📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and coordinate internal audit activities across all branches
• Conduct comprehensive audits to assess compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Analyze financial statements and internal controls to identify risks and opportunities
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and auditing processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Train and mentor junior auditors to maintain high standards of performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with a strong background in financial analysis and risk management
• Professional certification in internal auditing, such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using audit software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams
• Ability to travel frequently to various branches and locations
