📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent table service to guests in our elegant dining venues, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our in-house POS system.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in our dining areas.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas, ensuring everything is ready for the next service.
• Handle cash and card transactions securely and efficiently at the end of each service.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality role, preferably in a high-end dining environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to engage with guests effectively.
• Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine pairing and menu knowledge.
