📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including candidate screening and coordination with hiring managers
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with local labor laws
• Organize and participate in HR-related events and activities, such as onboarding sessions and team-building exercises
• Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support the HR team's strategic initiatives
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including document preparation and filing
• Contribute to the HR team's efforts in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analyses to support decision-making

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interest in the HR field with a passion for learning and development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
• Basic knowledge of HR software and tools, such as BambooHR or Workday
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willingness to relocate to Bali for the duration of the internship
