📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to safety standards.,Manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support.,Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.,Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues in the mining facilities.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues.,Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance.,Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operation of the mining facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance roles, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.,Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and software.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.,Certifications in relevant maintenance and safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO).,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
