📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and attract potential candidates for various job openings.,Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture.,Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.,Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate assessments.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful candidate recruitment and placement.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
