📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee onboarding programs.,Provide feedback and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention of talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
