📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial records and accounting processes.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to management.,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and staff.,Identify and recommend cost-saving measures and financial improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
