📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Department Head in managing and leading a team of professionals.,Support the Department Head in developing and implementing departmental strategies and initiatives.,Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and support as needed.,Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new team members.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of departmental activities and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
