PT Antar Hasta is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Nusa Dua. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics or fleet management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of fleet vehicles and drivers.,Maintain and update fleet management records and documentation.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Coordinate with drivers and vendors to resolve any issues related to fleet operations.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for fleet performance reviews.,Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance fleet management skills.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in implementing and maintaining fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
