📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Maintain high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.,Previous experience in a similar role at a high-volume restaurant is a plus.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a must.
