📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage a team of professionals, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and advance their careers.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all projects are completed successfully.
  • Ensure that all team members are aware of company policies and procedures, and that they are following them.
  • Represent the company at meetings and events, both internally and externally.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with HR management and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
