📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of premium properties, ensuring they meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Manage and maintain property assets, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and landscaping.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Implement and monitor maintenance schedules using IBM Maximo and SAP Facilities Management.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and guests.
• Develop and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in facilities management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on premium properties.
• Certified in Facility Management Systems (FSM) or equivalent.
• Proven experience with IBM Maximo and SAP Facilities Management.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
