PT Cendrawasih Otoman is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Bontang. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and safety of our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and inspections.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are available for use when needed.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and company policies.,Handle vehicle repairs and coordinate with external service providers as needed.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Assist in the planning and implementation of fleet-related projects.,Provide support to the operations team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
