📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share of the Hotel PMS.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare and present reports on sales performance and business development activities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align business development efforts.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Hotel PMS and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in hotel management systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of the hotel industry and hotel management systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
Familiarity with Hotel PMS software is a plus.
