📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions when necessary.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
