This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct job interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to identify passive candidates.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work both in the office and remotely.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
