📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records,Support the HR department in administrative tasks such as processing employee documents and maintaining HR records,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees,Conduct initial employee orientation and provide support to new hires,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Support the HR team in employee relations activities, including addressing employee concerns and issues,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other administrative tasks as needed,Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with discretion

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred but not required),Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software is a plus,Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
