Bright Star Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative to join our team in Belawan, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and hospitals. This is an immediate opening, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to make an impact from day one.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and hospitals to promote and sell pharmaceutical products.,Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the pharmaceutical industry.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote products.,Provide product training and education to healthcare professionals.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical sales or representative role.,Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Familiarity with the Belawan and Sumatera Utara region is a plus.
