In this role, you'll be the backbone of our purchasing department, ensuring we get the best deals and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

  • Manage the purchasing process from start to finish, including supplier selection, negotiation, and order placement
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure we never run out of stock
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best deals
  • Analyze purchasing data to identify areas for cost savings and improvement
  • Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and procedures
  • Keep accurate records of all purchases and payments

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or a related role
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
