📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Identify and pursue sales opportunities through market research and client interactions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Provide product knowledge and consultative sales services to meet customer needs.

Set and achieve sales targets and quotas.

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and promote products.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
