OIB Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, conducting internal audits, and providing recommendations to improve our financial processes. You will work closely with our management team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and procedures.,Reviewing financial records and transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to enhance financial processes.,Collaborating with management to implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to the management team and board of directors.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Providing guidance and training to junior auditors and other staff members on internal control and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
