📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the entire Post-Merger Integration process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.,Develop and implement integration strategies to ensure a smooth transition and minimize disruption.,Coordinate with key stakeholders across the organization to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.,Monitor progress and identify potential risks and issues, providing timely recommendations for mitigation.,Conduct post-merger reviews and analyze integration outcomes to identify areas for improvement.,Provide leadership and guidance to the PMI team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in PMI, and apply this knowledge to enhance integration processes.,Report directly to the Senior Management Team and present integration progress and insights as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in Post-Merger Integration, with a proven track record of leading complex integration projects.,Strong understanding of PMI methodologies and frameworks, including but not limited to, IBM's PMI, Deloitte's PMI, or similar.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Experience working in a multicultural and multilingual environment.,Certification in PMI (e.g., Certified Post-Merger Integration Professional) is a plus.
