📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting cost analysis and preparing cost estimates for construction projects.,Monitoring project budgets and ensuring adherence to financial plans.,Preparing and maintaining financial reports and documentation.,Assisting in the preparation of tender documents and contracts.,Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and budgets.,Providing advice and recommendations on cost-saving measures.,Ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.,Managing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in construction and infrastructure projects.,Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
