Oversee the testing processes for banking and finance applications,Develop and implement testing strategies and methodologies,Manage a team of testers and ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources,Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality products,Monitor and report on testing progress, issues, and risks,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in software testing,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations,Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, preferably in the banking and finance sector,Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools,Experience with Tech PMO, SIT, and UAT processes,Proven track record of successfully managing testing projects,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Familiarity with banking and finance regulations and standards🛠️ Keahlian
