As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing high-rise construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage high-rise construction projects from inception to completion.,Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.,Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.,Monitor project budgets and timelines, and implement corrective actions as needed.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address issues.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff.,Maintain strong communication with all project stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-rise construction projects.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.,Experience with construction software and tools is a plus.
