In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment to ensure the efficient and accurate production of electronic components. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain SMT equipment to ensure high production efficiency and accuracy.,Perform quality checks on electronic components to ensure they meet industry standards.,Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with SMT equipment and production processes.,Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Assist in the setup and calibration of SMT machines for new product lines.,Conduct regular maintenance and preventive checks on SMT equipment to prevent downtime.,Document production processes and equipment performance for quality assurance purposes.,Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in SMT technology or related fields.,Knowledge of SMT equipment and processes, including pick and place machines, reflow ovens, and AOI systems.,Familiarity with electronic component specifications and industry standards.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.,Valid certification in SMT technology or equivalent experience is a plus.
