Develop and maintain technical documentation for products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical details,Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets quality standards,Create user manuals, guides, and other technical materials,Review and edit documentation to improve clarity and readability,Work with marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain them clearly,Excellent writing and communication skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and project management skills
