📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and prospect new customers for our financing and savings products, focusing on haji and emas segments.
• Present and explain our products to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to meet customer needs and maximize sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth in the haji and emas markets.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of the financial products, particularly financing and savings.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the local market in Semarang and the ability to build relationships with potential customers.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
