As a Legal Officer at Hepta Solutions, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our legal framework, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international laws, and providing strategic legal advice to the company. You will work with a diverse team, including legal professionals, business units, and external stakeholders, to navigate the complexities of the legal landscape. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian and international laws.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide strategic advice and recommendations to the management team.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to our legal framework.
• Provide legal support and guidance to business units on a wide range of legal matters.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of regulatory reports and disclosures.
• Represent the company in legal matters, including negotiations, litigations, and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and other stakeholders to ensure the effective management of legal risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal compliance or corporate law, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and international laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in using legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
