📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of field collectors, ensuring they meet their daily and monthly targets.
• Oversee the daily collection activities, including phone calls, visits, and negotiations.
• Develop and implement collection strategies to maximize recovery rates.
• Monitor and report on collection performance, providing regular updates to management.
• Train and mentor team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
• Ensure compliance with Home Credit's policies and procedures.
• Work closely with the credit team to ensure that all outstanding loans are recovered efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all dealings with customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in collection or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Home Credit's collection processes and procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
