As an Assistant HR Manager, you'll be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, from conducting job interviews and onboarding new hires to managing employee benefits and compliance. You'll use tools like BambooHR, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Workspace to streamline HR processes. With 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced advertising environment, you'll bring a fresh perspective to our team and help us continue to grow and thrive.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling
• Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee benefits programs
• Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and report generation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced advertising environment
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Experience with HR software such as BambooHR, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable to a rapidly changing work environment
