📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance performance.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to address quality and productivity issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing process optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Minitab).
  • Experience with process control systems and automation tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
