As an EXIM Staff, you'll be responsible for handling all aspects of export and import transactions, from documentation and compliance to logistics and negotiations. You'll work closely with our sales team, customs brokers, and shipping agents to ensure that our products reach their destinations efficiently and on time. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage end-to-end export and import processes for seafood and fishery products
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for customs clearance, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Bill of Lading
- Work with customs brokers and shipping agents to ensure compliance with international trade regulations
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure smooth export and import transactions
- Monitor and manage logistics for seafood products, including tracking and delivery
- Negotiate with suppliers and buyers to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all export and import transactions
- Stay updated with changes in international trade regulations and industry standards
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export-import, trade, or related fields
- Familiarity with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with trade software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
- Valid SIM (Import-Export) certification is a plus
