As a People Development Specialist, you'll work closely with managers and employees to identify training needs, develop comprehensive training plans, and deliver engaging and effective training sessions. Utilizing tools like LMS (Learning Management System) and Moodle, you'll create and manage online courses, workshops, and other learning activities. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving employee performance, boosting morale, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement employee development programs that align with the company's strategic goals and the needs of the workforce.
• Identify training needs through assessments, surveys, and feedback from managers and employees.
• Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities using LMS and Moodle.
• Create and manage online courses, e-learning modules, and other digital learning resources.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with managers to integrate learning and development activities into the workplace.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in employee development.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee training and development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.
• Strong knowledge of LMS and Moodle for creating and managing online learning content.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
